You will tackle various obstacles including:
Mud Mountain, Dirty Dyke, Pit of Doom and Slip Slip Away!
And all with your dog.
It's going to be a great day out and will help us raise valuable funds for the park.
Please note - Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not allowed in the main zoo park.
When?
Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th March 2024
Between 11.00am - 3.00pm
Start waves every 15 minutes.
Limited to 10 competitors per wave.
As demand for this event is high we may consider opening further time slots nearer the day.
Who can enter?
Clarty Paws is an obstacle course run for you, your friends, your family and your dog - although you don't need to run with a dog.
You can just support us by entering with a team of friends.
Anyone can enter but children must be 8 and over and must be accompanied by an adult entrant.
What do you get?
Each entrant gets a complimentary Clarty Paws T-Shirt, Bespoke Medal, Free Photos, Dirty Dog Hotdog and Free entry into the park.
T-Shirts are collected at registration in the Gift Shop prior to the event. Registration opens at 9.00am on the day.
Complimentary drinking water is available around the park for dogs and visitors.
Volunteer Marshalls Wanted
Would you love to be a part of the event, but won't be able to bring a dog to enter. No problem, why not enquire below to be a volunteer Marshall?
We're creating a pawsome new safe dog walk down along the burn to Puddocks Farm, and we need YOUR help to make it happen!
Our dog walk is going to be THE place to be for anyone visiting the park or cafe with their furry friends. We want to give all the puppers out there a chance to stretch their legs and have a great time enjoying the outdoors.
To make this happen, we need to raise some funds to install all the doggie necessities.
This includes super handy dog bins, drinking facilities so no one gets thirsty, and a wash down/cool down shower - perfect for hot summer days. We're even installing bridges over the stream for your dog to stroll over, and some fencing to keep everyone safe and secure.
The best part? It will be totally FREE to use and will start from the cafe.
So, if you're as excited about this dog walk as we are, why not consider organising some fund raising activities to help us make it happen. Your donations will make a huge difference to all the pups out there and their hoomans!
